cmdkey lists and stores credentials in the users' context.

Usage Guide

Credentials stored in the user's context can be retrieved and used in scripts and .cmd files, for example to authenticate to a VPN.cmdkey is the command line interface to write and list credentials. It can store domain and generic credentials. Domain credentials can only be used for Widows domain authentication, generic credentials can be used anywhere. Credentials are stored with a target name. To list stored credentials run:
cmdkey /list
