Checks if the filesystem is NTFS and confugures disk checking at computer start-up.

Usage Guide

chkntfs requires a drive name (eg C:) as a parameter. Without further parameters it verifies if the drive's file system is NTFS and if so, whether the dirty bit is set. Windows uses the dirty bit to determine whether or not to run a full chkdsk scan at start-up. chkntfs takes parameters to configure start-up chkdsk scans.
