IT consultancy necessarily involves the exchange of information about confidential business systems. eZcom undertakes to mainatin confidentiality and endeavours to store all such information on storage and facilities owned by the client. eZcom prepares and keeps design documents and reports on eZcom systems. Any copies retained by eZcom are stripped of sensitive or confidential information.

eZcom may elect to accept additional privacy conditions and restrictions required by clients as part of the engagement process.
